Welcome to Looking Glass Owners Association! Looking Glass is a single family home community located in Parker and will consist of 2,489 homes. There will be playgrounds, trails, concrete walking paths, picnic tables and benches under a shade or gazebo, with a biking trail and workout course. Trash and Recycling Service: Provided by Waste Connections of Colorado, Inc. The schedule is once per week on Friday, and Recycling is every other week on Friday. Trash and recycling containers provided are 96 gallons each per home. An extra container can be provided to the homeowner for trash and/or recycling for $4.00 per month to be billed directly to the homeowner. If a container needs to be replaced for anything other than old age, wear and tear, or damaged by Waste Connections, there will be a fee of $50.00 and a $25.00 delivery fee to be billed directly to the homeowner. Bulk item pickup is available to homeowners for $15.00 per item to be paid by the homeowner. Homeowner must call customer service at (303-288-2100) to start service or schedule and prepay for bulk item pickups. Christmas trees will be picked up and disposed of up to 3 weeks after the Holiday. Trees must be tied and bundled in no more than 4-foot sections.
